Reactive printing is mainly aimed at natural fabrics such as cotton, rayon, linen, etc. It is a method of printing with reactive dyes and then drying-steam-washing-drying and other processes.
Disperse printing is a kind of dye printing, which refers to the method of printing polyester (polyester) or polyamide (nylon, nylon) fabrics with disperse dyes.
1. The dyes are different, and their names are based on the dyes. The reaction mechanism and solubility of dyes are very different;
2. Different processes, dispersion printing generally does not require steaming like reactive printing;
3. Different fabrics, reactive printing is mainly aimed at cotton and linen fabrics, and dispersed printing is mainly aimed at chemical fiber fabrics;
4. The beating process is different. In addition to paste and dyes, reactive printing pastes also need to add printing auxiliaries such as anti-dyeing salt, baking soda, urea, etc. Disperse printing pastes generally only need paste and dyes.
